If you plan to visit a location shown on the Site, you must follow local laws, property rules, and posted instructions. You assume all risk associated with travel, access, and on-site conduct, including any safety risks.

THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARBORHAVEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARBORHAVEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE (IF ANY).
